Verántes is contemporary, subtle with straight lines defining its exteriors. The emphasis is on simplicity and clarity of design that will meet objectives of our client and the aspirations of its occupants. The building is architecturally extrovert. Large balconies bring the outdoors inside, even at the height. In each residence, you step into large, open spaces overlooking the city. The twenty five feet balcony with its deck and planters runs across the length of the living and dining areas. Large windows that allow ample light and natural breeze in all areas of the residence, bringing down the need for air-conditioning through the year. The building is utility friendly with features like service/stretcher elevators that open into the service areas of the house. With environment and user friendliness at the core of its design idea, Verántes brings together form and function with the greatest possible clarity.
